Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been processed or shipped.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order number and registered email ID.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The product delivered is incorrect or not as described.
• The order is cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window.
• Refunds are not applicable for:
• Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.
• Perishable items (like saffron or farm produce) once delivered in good condition.
• Delays caused by courier companies or postal services.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

Return Instructions:

• If a return is approved, the product must be sent back in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• The buyer is responsible for safely packing and returning the item unless the issue is due to damage during shipping.
